Proving that skateboarding isn't just for the youngsters, this short film profiles 60-year-old skateboarder Neal "The Dude" Unger, who sees skateboarding as a means to align his body and mind. "My goals for my skateboarding are to continue to research the quietness of my mind and and how joyful that is," he says. "When I first discovered sketeboarding I thought 'Oh my God, I wanna do this!' There's something about it that quiets the brain, it turns thinking off, and I love that."
