Oakley
has launched a brand new global campaign called ONE OBSESSION, which
aims to inspire fans to pursue their passions. "Pursuing an obsession
isn’t unique to professional athletes," says Oakley. "It binds everyone
who shares a driving passion to turn their ideas into reality."
The initial one-minute commercial features Oakley skateboarder Eric Koston
alongside baseball outfielder Matt Kemp, cyclist Mark Cavendish,
cricketer Virat Kohli, surfer Gabriel Medina, Moto GP champion Marc Marquez, and badminton player Lin Dan. "It's such a mental game,"
narrates Koston. "If you can try and close your eyes and imagine
yourself doing something, it's actually really hard to have that picture
of yourself following through it."
