Ray Barbee is a legendary professional skateboarder from San Jose, California. He made his first appearance in the skate film "Public Domain" and followed it up with his most iconic video part in the movie "Ban This". Barbee's passion for music and photography was made accessible through skateboarding. Ray's short film illustrates his passion for creativity and the importance of passing those values on to his children.

A Girl Named Elastika

Elastika is stop motion film consisting of more than 10.000 pictures. Elastika is young, dreamy and fearless, she drives cars way too fast, she's also a yamakasi (a French group of practitioners of parkour). She likes adventure, fireworks and unrelenting seas.

Bordo Bello NYC || Making of Rise and Skate

Since 2008, AIGA Colorado’s Bordo Bello has been breathing life into the Denver arts community and supporting mentorship programming. Through this skateboard art show, we have seen over 1000 artists show their work in celebration of the Colorado lifestyle – the connection of work, life & fun. This year we took it to New York at the AIGA National Center. Bordo Bello approached us to build a monstrous (pun intended) light box for the window display and we jumped at that opportunity. The result was phenomenal. This is the making of the piece we call - Rise and Skate.
