Lucky Peach || Inside Rome's Pizzarium

Lucky Peach TV has put together a new 5-minute video taking us behind the scenes at Rome's Pizzarium - a restaurant which is consistently named as serving some of the best pizza in the world.

In the video, chef Gabriele Bonci gives us a run down of how the pizza al taglio (or "pizza by the slice") is made, throwing in some unusual ingredients such as dried orange peel to give it that unique flavour.
