Legendary footballer David Beckham puts his acting chops to the test in Outlaws, a short film produced by British heritage brand Belstaff. Taking inspiration from Sergio Leone’s Dollars Trilogy, Beckham – who has represented Belstaff in other mediums – plays the role of “The Stranger,” a man of few words and a piercing squint: two attributes appropriated from Clint Eastwood’s “The Man With No Name” character. For the film, the avid motorcycle enthusiast turns his hobby into a fictitious profession that sees him come to the rescue of a distressed trapeze artist, played by Katherine Waterston.
